HereQ Terms
These terms are a short supplement for HereQ, the attendance and event check-in service by IO Patina. They add to the IO PATINA Terms, which apply when you use HereQ. How HereQ handles personal data is described in the HereQ Privacy Notice.
A free service
HereQ is free to use.
Check-in records
Check-in and registration records belong to the organizer's event.
What a check-in shows
Typing a name, reading an ID document and Bluetooth check-in are not identity verification and are not proof of location. A check-in record shows how the check-in was made.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse check-in codes or invitation links, for example by passing a live check-in code to someone who is not there.
- Do not impersonate anyone.
